Help Wanted: Part-Time Financial Assistant

Help Wanted: Part-time Financial Assistant: This position is envisioned as being 20 hours or less per week, on average, and would entail the reconciling of parish bank accounts, the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (along with the annual report to the diocese), monitoring and recording of payroll expenses, and possibly the management of our accounts payable and receivable. The perfect candidate would have experience in bookkeeping, a familiarity with Quickbooks and Quicken, be able to attend monthly evening meetings of the Finance Council, and a pleasant demeanor.
